Hi SS and all,
I thought of asking that how do we differentiate between Report Performance (RP) and Distribute Information (DI)?
They look and sound so similar Sir! How exactly do we differentiate between them?
Thanks, KK...

A common area of confusion I
A common area of confusion I reckon. One easy way to understand would be to know that Distribute Info follows Report Performance process. RP pertains to gathering, reconciling, deriving and devising the various project status & predictions (forecasts) per the communication plan and stakeholders' expectations. However DI is just about issuing these structured results/reports.

Since both Distribute Information
Since both Distribute Information and Report Performance are part of Project Communications Management, they would look close.
While Report Performance is the process of collecting and distributing performance information including status reports, progress measurements, and forecasts.
Whereas, Distribute Information is the process of making relevant information available to project stakeholders as planned. Here the key is you only distribute the right and necessary information you have collected. Distribute Information is a subset of Report Performance.
