I would like to know the answer behind the following questions?

 

1. Difference between contract closure and administrative closure?

2.in which document do you find the low priority risks?

My approach is: Always first try to figure out the answer by referring PMBOK 4.  The pdf version has a powerful search engine where you can type in that leads you to appropriate location(s). 

Administrative closure: Refer section 4.6

Contract Closures: Refer Section 12.4

 2) Low priority risks are in watch list which is a part of Risk Register
