I have seen it before...

I think I have seen it before and believe answer given by test was "3" citing a project manager need not to be an expert in specific industry.

That is one dilemma I face while solving question from Rita's FastTrack...

In one question, author will provide a answer like "3" and sometimes in other question, they will say a manager need to upfront about your qualifcation/experience, and should not accept assignment which are beyond their capabilities.

To me Choice 1, 2 and 3 are logical steps

First you would explain to Sr. Management about your capabilities and lack of experience, 2. you will take up the rquired training then you would put in your best effort

4. is not correct since without evaluating one should not reject the assignment. There may be reason why you were chosen as PM.

So which is the right answer PMZilla Admin?
