What are the factors to be considered while selecting corporate trainers for Scrum training, especially when the participants are PMPs? I have somebody suggesting to me that certificate is not very important in corporate training ..but for PMPs, PDUs are important. A good training with no certificate but maximum PDUs is what I should look for?

What is your end goal ? Will
What is your end goal ? Will this people start working on SCRUM project. First check your objective. If its optional training then yes PDUs are more important for PMPs then a certificate.
But if your goal is to impart knowledge which can be used then you should put PDU on back burner.

Yes the team is suppose to work on Scrum projects. From the organization's perspective, we are only concerned about the quality of the training. But our participants are considdered about PDUs as well.

I think you should be looking for a training from a reputed brand, with enough PDUs and High quality training.
There are many training providers available like Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance and SCRUMstudy.com
