Some questions for the Pros

 Hey guys, theres some questions that been on my mind and wanted some input from PMP pros. Would really appreaciate it guys!

  1. Theres trouble at a meeting. Is it because of the facilitator or is it because PM missing at meeting?
  2. If there is a product that has good material and a basic design, what kind of grade does it have?
  3. A PM is hanging around at coffee break, what kind of managment is this? Interpersonal?
  4. A person is rude/disrespectful during a meeting on the phone,do you address the issue now or later?(publically or in private)
  5. If your company cant find suitable people around for a job, is the solution a virtual team or to acquire?
  6. If there are some future problems, do you do corrective action or preventative?
  7. Your in a company that has departments, you must request resources, you have high control, is this a  balanced or strong matrix?
  8. A customer wants a new product, the project team suggest to have some same features on that are on the market, is this selection called brainstorm or what?
  9. A PM needs a vendor,he knows of a good company that has done business before, is this selection based off of  expert judgement or what?
  10. A skilled team member leaves but tranfers skills.What kind of risk is this transfer,avoid?
