Does the 35 contact hrs received prior to July 31 based on 4th edition eligible for writing PMP after July 31st,

Hello All,

        Does the 35 contact hrs which we obtain either by a class room session or by online training by prepcast and other media, based on PMBOK 4th edition before July 31st, eligible to take PMP exam after July 31st based on PMBOK 5th edition.

 

        Also, which one is better PM PrepCast vs SimpleLearn.
