Exam given, promatric given result as failed, but still awaiting the email form PMI

Hi
I given the PMP exam on 17 -08-2012, result was fail, it was shocking, i was confident result will be positive, i have made a request to certappeals@pmi.com,
however still i m wating the failed confirmation from PMI, may anybody tell me how many days it take ( result on emial by PMI)
