I am taking the exam on 11th August.

Reading various people's posts on this forum, it looks like Ande Crowe is a "must do" book.

Can anyone suggest the best and quickest place to get hold of this book or at least the questions at the end of the chapters from this book.

Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.
