Well on my second attempt I passed. The only difference this time around was that I placed more emphasis on the memorization piece. I was able to do the brain dump before the exam started and also my second exam was not as hard as the first, or so it seemed. 

Study, memorize and study more. Biggest thing to do is to rest the day before so your brain is fully charged. DO NOT STUDY THE DAY BEFORE! just review notes, cheat sheets and thats it.
