I have a query on recording project management experience in the application form.  If I have worked on a project for 3 months on a part time basis.  How will the hours and months get accounted for?

Please see below example: Duration of project - 3 months, Time spent on project (hours) - 192 hours (40% of 480 hours (total time across the 3 months). I understand that 192 hours will be counted in terms of hours.  What is the treatment for the months?
