Passed the PIMP exam last week and what I think really works
OK. Let's not brag. I did study but not too hard though. Not the shining 5Ps you are thinking. But who cares? Now people can call me PIMP! Sorry, without the I :-)
What I want to share are just two things:
A. Always get the big picture. It's great to memorize the process map by heart. But it's not the end of the world if you cannot. It's more about understanding PMBOK as a whole. Am I going to be stressed if I just couldn't figure out fixed price incentive? Heck no. Just take a guess and continue. One Q is only 1 of 200.
