I passed my PMP exam on Jan 9. Got 5 MP.

Started preparing 3 weeks ago. I think if you have a little bit of project management experience and understanding the basic terms and processes, 3 weeks should be fine but anyone with no PM experience should atleast give 1.5 - 2 months to get a hang of it.
