I would like to know the sequence of Proj closure, contract closure, release resource,administrative closure.

In rita it says contract closure happens then proj closure and then release resource

but in Kim it says proj closure happens first followed by contract closure which is the last step in closing.

Which one is right? as i see many discussions on different sites  where some says rita is right and some Kim. which one do we follow for the exam?
