Q1) Wonna make sure if I'm right on these 3:

1- Close Proc ends before admin closure.

2- Verify Scope: verify deliverable against prodcut requirement or specification to get acceptance

3- Product verification: happens in procurement that is within Admin closure?!!

Q2) What's the difference between project and product verification, and in which processes they are done? 

Q3) Another question: which one verify against the project requirement and which against project management plan?
