Still this is a big doubt for me …..

For the question of : “What is the correct and pmi recommended method for network diagramming; is it beginning with 0 OR 1? “ have no nay clear answers. May comments on this says—both are correct , use what you are familiar… but if you get a question like I have attached herewith , you defiantly will end up with 2 different answers , so how we know what would be the examiners methods ????
