I have noticed a couple of people passing with 2- BP's and to me this severely undermines what it means to hold the PMP certification.

I would not even want to receive the certification if I received 2 BP's - that essentially means that you failed 40% of the exam.

It's very disappointing and I would call for PMI to reevaluate this. I don't believe you should pass with 1- BP let alone two.
