I have bachelors degree and posses 8 years of experience in software testing. I was looking to do PMP, but the requitrement say I need 4500 hrs of project management that sums to around 1 and half years of project management.  My career path was little weird. After 2 year of work exp, I switched to a start up and got an opportunity to be a senior qa and withing few months I was leading a team of 20 people. I was the solely managing the project from start till end.
