I am in a consturction industry working as a Planning Engineer (Qualificaiton -BE-Civil & MBA), I need to know the advantages and disadvantages of the PMP Certification. 

May be due to I failed in my first attempt of the  PMP exam 4th edition this doubt araise in me. 

Can anyone cleary or advice me on this subject.
