Did you guys find it easier to get the actual job title and increased salary - as opposed to before where you still had lots of PM experience but didn't hold the certification.

Can you easily jump from one industry to another, lets say you were in the Telecomunication industry and you want to move into Mining. Will you still have to work your way up from the ground again?

Finally, do most PM's eventually look into Junior/Middle Management? What do most people aspire to after PM'ing for years.
