Hello Guys,

I am Bhavneet, currently working in a support manager position with one of the biggest security organization. I am interested in building a career as a project manager. I have done couple of in-house projects however, not any certification.

I want to do PMP. however, thinking on how it will add value to me and is this shift easy from Support manager with an experience of 10+ to a Project Manager.

Please Help!
