Guys - I just came out of the centre and is very distressed. I failed the exam

Initiating : MP

Planning : BP

Executing : MP

M&C : BP

Closing : BP

I had a feeling during the exam that  I will pass the exam. But was very shocked to see the results.

I was giving exam earlier and was passing all of them.

I am very tensed now what to do. Please let me know how to go about it next

What is the procedure to reapply the same.
