Can someone recommend a good PRACTICAL book on project management for a software developer. It should be not about PMI/PMP standard but more about practical steps how to manage software development projects.

PS, I have PMP but now I am looking for a practical book where I can get some tips/approaches how to manage an IT project in a real world. The project will be using waterfall approach.
