Test Cases
Hi,
I'm looking into Quality Management topic & trying to find the answer for following...
"Who creates Test Cases/Test Plans"? Is QC, QA or Project Team.
As per Rita's Process Chart and under Monitoring & Control Process "Gain Acceptance of Interim deliverables from the customers" comes first and then "Perform Qaulity Control". Isn't this be other way round. First we do in house testing(QC) and then customer will do. "Perform Qaulity Control" & then "Gain acceptance of Interim deliverable from customer". It is bit confusing. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks.

QA
Test Cases are part of QA. you are actually testing the product to ensure it does what it is suppose to do. You are ensuring that product is working as per requirements.

Rita's Process chart never says that
Rita's Process chart never says that all activities listed in the process group occures in same order.
It specifically says they occur in SAME ORDER ONLY FOR PLANNING process group and NOT for any other process group M&C or Execution or Initiating/ Closing
