Tricky question about logical relation between activities from PMSimu.com

As the project manager of a annual symposium in the medicine area, which will receive attendees from the whole country to meet, take lectures. For every lecture, you have a planned activity to receipt the attendees and another task to start the lecture presentation in a settled time. What is the logical relation between the activities "receive the attendees" and "present the lecture"?

Start to Start
Start to Start
This doen't have dependency like mandator to start lecture untill all attendess are present, both can go parallel as long as Successor activity is started first and then predecessor activity can start. Lectrure cannot start unless the attendees start getting into the room.

I think you meant to say,
I think you meant to say, "predecessor activity is started first and then successor activity can start." Am I right?
