What is the best conflict resolution technique after Collaborate/Problem Resolve..whether its Compromise/reconcile or Force/Direct or Smooth/Accomodate..Pl help me to know the sequence.

Smooth / Accomodate
Compromise / reconcile
Force / Direct

Sometimes depending upon the context of the question , force / direct may be the best technique.
