Guys ,
I have one doubt ....Wanted to know when project team selected during project initiation phase. I have found some questions where it was asked that project team selected after project charter finalized ....
I want a clear steps where I can understand exact step performed during project initiation phase .
like 1- Project charter preparation
2- Identify stakeholders
3- Select project team
etc ....

The steps you have outlined are correct. More details you can see in Rita's process chart on sequence.
Till Charter is signed the project does not exist. You need to identify key stakeholders in the project charter.
