Which process to update PM plan?

The changes related to cost baseline were approved by CCB. You are now updating the project management plan to incorporate the changes. In which project management process would this be done?

A. Direct and Manage Project Work
B. Perform Integrated Change Control
C. Monitor and Control Project Work
D. Control Cost

I would go with perform integrated change control as based on this cost change, there would be other changes required. Please tell me the source of question.

I agree with your answer, but am still confused why it is not "Control Cost" or "Manage project or Work" process, where update PM Plan is also one of the outputs.

As I understand it, the questions is asking in which process would the approved change take place.I would go with : Direct and Manage project work.(source Pmbok pg82 4.3.1.2)

Answer - A- Direct and Manage project work.Explained clearly in PMBOK page 82.
