Hello All

                Till now i thought, forcing/directing is the worst technique. Now ive seen another place which says that withdrawing/avoiding is the worst?

This is what I know about the 2

Forcing/directing: force one's view over the other. Its good or is done for emergency situations. (However is harsh since no concern is given for the other party/view)

Withdraw/avoid: Completely avoid dealing with it now, postpone for later..can be good to "cool off" potentially volatile situations.

But which is the worst one?
