Could some on advise me what's the right answer for the question below?


Question: Which one of the following is the last step of project closing?
 

Options:

A. Archive Project Documents

B. Measure customer satisfaction at the end of the project

C. Client appreciates your product

D. Lessons learnt are documented

Answer shows B.  I do agree with answer A. After lesson learn updated all the project records need to be archive.

Which test site or book or are you referring to Sir? I am asking because we have to be very particular on the books or sites. The last part in closing a project is releasing resources. Since this option is not there, so I thought option A to be best. What does the reasoning say on B in your book or site? Quite perplexing indeed!

Why B is the correct answer? Here i explained.

Notice that all the choices could be correct, especially so - they could be done in parallel in fact. However, notice in Option B, the phrase "at the end of the project" is the key phrase, telling us that the project is at the point of closing as the customer satisfaction measurement is done. Hence, this is the most clear answer in as much as the question is concerned.

So are you saying Sir that one has to assume that in parallel what should be done?
