Please clarify the following one

1. A project has been completed and delivered as per the scope statement, but the customer was not happy. In this case

A. Project considered as completed.

B. Project is incomplete

C. Project scope statement needs to be updated with customer new demand

D. Send a default letter to the customer for not accepting the agreed deliverables as stated in the scope statement.

Since project is completed and delivered, it implies project closure is done. Any changes will be a new project or new request.

Hence the answer should be a)
