PMBOK appendices & PMI Handbook

So I asked yesterday about the PMBOK appendices and got conflicting answers; so I need a few more please!
Questions on appendices or not?
Also the Handbook........ Apart from the Code of ethics do you ever get asked stuff from the rest of the handbbok? Like how to reschedule the exam?
Last question; is the pre-exam tutorial included in the 4hrs, or do you get to chose when to start the clock after taking the tutorial?

What is the meaning of the word "pre"? If it is pre, then why do you ask if it is under 4 hours or no. Please think and see if you get the answer or no.
For your other questions, I am TOO unqualified to answer them, may be some successful/knowledgble people (over to you respected Pawarji SIr) can answer it with the requisite dexterity.

Every line in PMBOK is a potential question in the actual exam - remember that. I'm glad that I skimmed through the appendices in particular the summaries in F and interpersonal skills in G. Read through the glossary once/twice. You don't have to memorize anything from it. I just visited it a few days before the exam and it helped.
Read the handbook. The Code of Ethics.
There will be a 15-minute tutorial. You may choose to complete the tutorial or not. Either way, the 4-hr timer will automatically start running down after that. During the tutorial, you may write down whatever stuff you don't want to forget (formulas, processes, etc.). It's entirely up to you.
