Hi Both,

Lets go to Q # 7!

PMI expects answers as 1st thing to do or the best to do. Chances are we may find 2 answers right and that is when we have to decide which is more right. Close and just close.

Likewise, let us suppose a project started but got closed in 24 hours ( a la Britney Spears marriage). Would we have any deliverable to document or verify it? So the best answer is "A" and that is we need to document the precise reason for project closure. This would be most important. The other reason are good too but not the BEST.

Ramana is true. A is correct.

Please do think about it mates.

Warmly, KK...

Hi  KK

Since the question does not talk about the time of closure, we may not say with certainity that there were no deliverables.(not exactly a la Britney scenario :-)

As per the closure process, whethere the project is closed properly or pre closed(doe to lack of fund), the Deliverables need to verfied.

Its also important to take stock of the deliverable since if the project reopens(due to fund availability), it will not be a fresh one and we need to know what were delivered so far

Mr.Pawar/Mr.Saket Others... do you have any thoughts?

Regards

Karthik

Yes, true Karthik Anna,

I agree with you. You are right.

However, I still would go with "A". Just a small bit, very small Anna,  where I fail to agree. Sorry :(

BTW, what does post-mortem of a project mean? It means the project ended prematurely. Its not written anywhere. Its plain and simple assumption. Likewise, when a project ends prematurely means it ended 1 hour after the allocation or 1 day before it was supposed to be handed over. But, I agree with you Anna. Dont think I am defying you. I cant even if I want to Anna.

Thanks KK for these excellent questions .

 mine is 6 correct...

q 7

you have to peak one the most pin pointed.

others having  possiblity in both the cases whether it is premature or not.

I am agree at all answers:

except NO 8

Reduces risks

means it leaves some risk, in place of this it would be better -

to write - "eliminates risks of wrong doing"

Other wise in PMBOK terminology : it differs its meaning

and option would be C

Respected Pawarji Sir,

No matter what you do one can never say "All Risks are Eliminated". Risks are an integral part of any project. No matter what you do it remains respected Pawarji Sir. The very nature is quite residual.

So, if you use teamplates you just as might reduce and  project risks are innate and one can not wither away from it.
