Whats the order in closing process
Submitted by pmptry123 on Sun, 07/29/2012 - 15:55
1) Administrative closure
2) Project Archives
3) release of resources
4) Lessons learned
5) Formal acceptance of resources
6) Final status report
7) Transfer of project deliverables
What is the order ( i did not put them in correct order above intentionally) as per PMI.. I think if we know the correct order and logic, i think no one will be able to score less than 14-15 questions in closing..
Which comes first and what follows .. Please provide some explaination on this

From zephyr's link I guess the order of closing process in PMP would be clear to you. From the list you sent. It would be
7) Transfer of project deliverables
6) Final status report
5) Formal acceptance of resources
4) Lessons learned
2) Project Archives
3) release of resources
1) Administrative closure ( Done once per project phase or for entire project , This terminology was there in 3rd edition now its under close project. )
