Scheduling PMP exam

On 11 August I scheduled my PMP exam. It has been 6 days now but my when I log into pmi.org it still says "You may now schedule your exam" as shown in following screenshot.
Is this normal? I followed the instructions and scheduled exam through Prometric website by using that PMI Eligibility ID and I also got confirmation email from Prometric about it. I thought Prometric system will now automatically contact PMI system and update information but looks like that it is not the case.

write to customer care with
write to customer care with your detail. they will confirm.
later you may receive formal confirmation just few days before of exam.

That's normal - PMI webpage doesn't reflect your scheduled exam
Hi,
That's normal, the PMI webpage doesn't reflect anything until your test result is available. It happened to em same, I contacted PMI sutomer support and they confirmed that my exam is sheduled, but the PMI webpage never got updated until my result was available.
You will also get a re-confirmation from Prometric 1 or 2 days before your test.

I failed exam on 17.08.2012,
I failed exam on 17.08.2012, but i am waiting the result via email, and same is not updated in my profile.. how can i know the reason, my colleagues told me pmi usually sent the email with in one hour. but here three days past.. may anybody answer.. what could be a reason for the same.
