This one seems straightforward to me. As per PMBOK it has to be Develop project team

Managing comes in  Manage Project Team and Training comes in Develop Project Team.


So the best answer I think is Direct and Manage Project Team.

The best answers is Direct and Manage Project Execution......as the Managing and training is a mix of develop and manage project team process which falls under Executing process group...
