What are they and which page of PMBok are they found?

As per PMBOK, the techniques available for identifying stakeholders are Expert Judgement & Stakeholder Analysis. There is a sequence of steps to be followed while performing stakeholder analysis. I think this is what the PMP examination content outline means.
