During project executing a project team member informs the project manager that based on her observations, the project cannot meet the quality standards set for it. What would be the LEAST effective thing for the project manager to do?
A review the quality plan
B continue the perform quality assurance process
C revire the process scope statement
D hold a meeting on the issue

A "review" of the Project
A "review" of the Project Scope Statement would enable the PM to look back; he would be more informed on whether the deliverables are defined within the accepted user criteria.
On the other hand, to "continue" Perform Quality Assurance" may not have as much the desired attention to the issue raised.
What do others think?

The question here asked is
The question here asked is meeting the quality norms.
The scope is clearly defined and hence no issues and how the quality norms to be achieved to meet the project objectives is seen and
hence continue to iterate wth various permutations and combinations of quality assurance process or review back to revise the quality plan.
As the question is least effective, quality assurance would be one as definitely team members have attempted all the combinations and failed to achieve the desired results. Naturally the revised quality plan would be far better than the existing and hence presumably it will be more effective.
