A technical team can begin editing of a large document 15 days after they begin writing it. What kind of a dependency would this be represented as?

Seems to me like a SS relationship with a 15 day lag - C

Your correct, CrushPMP.

I thought the document must be finished to start to edit it and so selected FS which was wrong. What is your justification to your choice?

Jai - The keywords here are "begin editing" and "begin writing" which tells me that there is a SS relationship of some kind between the 2 activities.
