 B. as Functional manager is PM.

Functional organization, the project manager role is limited to project expeditor, so he would be working as assisting to manager responsible for manager, so it should be functional manager. Also, project do not have authority to assign resource, no decision making authority, no authority to sue budget..


 


But little tricky question..

Yes, Thank You for the explanation. Functional Manager is right. I have answered as Project manager, which is a wrong option
