Changes to scope

project manager is in mid of execution phase. Customer request some changes related to scope. To manage the scope changes where does he refer:


 


1. Scope baseline


2. Project management statement


3. Scope management plan


4. project management plan

Scope baseline is compared to actual results to determine whether change is necessary or not

Scope management plan details how scope will be managed and controlled

Change management plan details the process for managing the changes

Project plan contains all above subsidiary plan. But the question is asking as how to manage the scope changes where does he refer. I go with Scope management plan. If scopemanagement plan is not provided in the options , can select project management plan.
