I do not have right answer with me esle I would have provided. The maintaing the relationship is part of the Adminsiter procurements. Since the Negotiation  is one of the technique used in conduct producrement, it is always to have get the best deal for both the parties & mutual agreement should be reached,


anyone can clarify more on this?
