Need Suggestions PMBOK 4 or PMBOK 5 at this point of time

I have done 35 Contact PDU's in dec 2012 and read Rita 1 time and currently going thru PMBOK.Also given few exams online
I am yet to apply for application and exam
Given the situation should i go for PMBOK 4 exams or PMBOK 5.
Do i have enough time to make through.

Depends...
You need to kinda have a plan already. Do you plan to take the exam before 31-Jul? If so, than focus on PMBoK4. I do suggest to apply now if you do plan to take it before 31-Jul, in case you get audited. If the plan is for you to take it after 31-Jul, then start reading PMBoK5.

It depends on your readiness. If you can complete and take before 31st Jul then nothing like it, However even after 31st Jul, dont evision big change since PMBoK 5th Edition is not very different from 4th edition.

One More Doubt
Is my application for exam is tagged with PMBOK version.
in the sense if i Apply now will i be giving only PMBOK 4 version.
or can i apply now with experience and PDU and i will be able to give exams for PMBOK 5 hope there is no fees differences

No, your application is not marked with any PMBoK version. You will have 1 year to take the exam from the time your application is approved.
