Procedures of two different companies

You are a new project manager for company B. You have previously worked for company A, which had an extensive project management practice. Company B has its own procedures, but you are more familiar with those from company A. You should:
a. interact with others in ethical way in sharing the good aspects of company A's procedures.
b. Use the forms from company B and recommend ways to upgrade them.
c. Talk about changes to change control board of company B.
d. Use the practice from company A but include any forms from company B.

According to me, B and C are out as the question does not talk anything wrong with company B procedures and option A is out as question says that company has extensive PM practice not procedures...
