You have Crash Duration as a
You have Crash Duration as a column header. Do you mean post-crash duration of the task? OR is it the saving in time? Pls clarify.

Q, crashing this one activity yields the 3 months and the cost is lower than any of the other combinations that yields the same duration.

Crashed to bring the project on schedule
Let us see the possibilities as follows:
Option # 1 Task Q : Crashed by 3 months with an additional Cost of ($2650 - $2500)= $150
Option #2 Task N and Task O: Crashed by 3(=2+1) months with an additional Cost of {($1900-$1800)+($2050-$2000)}=$150
Option # 3 Either Task Q or Task N and Task O : BEST Possible Option
Option # 4 Task N and Task P : Crashed by 3(=2+1) months with an additional Cost of {($1900-$1800)+($3200-$3000)}=$300 , not possible costing more.
So , the best option is Option # 3 Either Task Q or Task N and Task O
Thanks & regards,

Either Task Q or Task N and Task O
this question has 2 answers either n+0 or Q alone.
here is the explanation:
the additional expenses for q is 150$ and n+o is also 150 $ rest is 200$......so answer is 3.
