Here I gave answer as Quality assurance because question is asking about process , and Quality audits is a tool..............whats wrong in this thinking ???????

QA is not a review process. Just because it says process doesnt mean the Answer would be QA. You should read and understand the question before you answer.

Here you have implemented a Change request and you need to confirm. ... Quality assurance will not do that.

If the question were - "Which department can confirm the implementation of approved change requests including corrective actions, defect repairs, and preventive actions?"

I would have selected Quality Assurance.

And, you would have said - "Quality Assurance is not a department. It is a process."

In general, all the four choices mentioned are processes. And Audit is the best process to confirm the implementation.
