Quality assurance is to do
Quality assurance is to do with Process and Process improvement. So the only disconnected item is to audit results from QC.

I would go with D, as B is an input to QA and continuous improvement is a common theme of QA.

First 3 are close to definition of QA, the results are measured and recorded in Control quality process and not in QA, so answer should be D
