Quality assurance is to do with Process and Process improvement. So the only disconnected item is to audit results from QC.

I would go with D, as B is an input to QA and continuous improvement is a common theme of QA.

What's the answer?

Right answer is D.
Analyzing the performance and recommend Corrective actions comes under Control Quality in M&C.

The correct answer is D.

My comment on this would be - is option C considered to be happening in overall quality processes?

First 3 are close to definition of QA, the results are measured and recorded in Control quality process and not in QA, so answer should be D
