As per Oliver Lehman, answer is 4th Option (Payment of an award fee is decided upon by the customer based on the degree of satisfaction.)..Why 1st option is wrong (Payment of an award fee would be linked to the achievement of objective performance criteria.)..when it looks more specific.

Option 4 as the award fee
Option 4 as the award fee process is subjective in nature, option 1 can't be the right answer as this applies to Incentive Fee contract. PMBOK page 364
