Closing Process Group Steps

Hi,

Closing is one of the smallest process groups on the exam.However the steps for closing the project seems to be very confusing.Can anyone give out the correct steps in order so that Closing Process group can be made sure of??

I've searched for this topic on PmZilla.All the posts are bit old and I think referring to PMBOK 4.Any help would be great...

The steps given in Rita book and Fastrack also are contradictory..

Maybe someone who passed recently could contribute..

Even through PMBoK has been changed, the steps for closing are still the same. you can check these two posts.

f.Financial closure of

3.Gain final acceptance of the deliverables
4.Complete financial closure
5.Hand-off completed product
6.Solicit feedback from the customer
7.Complete final performance reporting
8.Gather final LL
9.Index and archive records
10.Measure customer satisfaction
11.Release team
12.Close contract
