Procurement documents is like an RFP or RFI, Having details of procurement

Ground rules is for team members, what is an acceptable behavior

Contract terms and conditions is about the aspect of buyer/seller communication such as need for warning of unsatisfactory performance and requests for contract changes or clarifications.

As per page 296, communication management plan should have the person authorized for communication and releasing confidential information

This doubt was generated due to a point in Rita's book Page No.357
* Who is allowed to talk to VP about the project
* Who is authorised to give direction to contractors

But nothing of this sort is given in PMBOK.So I guess we can follow the PMBOK..
