PMP Experience - Here a real example, is it good ?
Hi there,
I saw some example of experienc on the internet but I am not sure because there were really general : regarding process, I am pretty sure we have to adjust with personal project and give more détails than just general process. Here is a project I did and how I document it,
I want to know if you have any advices.. ??
I am also wondering if there is a minimum caracter for each Process Group, I think it's between 300 and 500 caracters, is it correct ?
Example Project 1 :

Business Continuity Plan Project (BCP)
Objective :
Manage a team to elaborate different scenarios to use the BCP Plan
Identify critical services of the organisation that needs to be part of the BCP Plan for the ( name of the customers )
Elaborate the communication plan for the ( name of the customers ) in case of a disaster
Implement and test many technologies ( VPN, Survival technology, Remote Phone System )Realise a simulation of a disaster and document
Inform all responsible of the final strategy and the official procedure

"Identify Stakeholders who needs to be involve
Identify Stakeholders who will be impact by the Project and Stakeholders who will need to use the BCP Plan in case of emergency
Identify critical services of the organisation that needs to be part of the BCP Plan for the (name of Customer) ( High-level)
Get the High-Level Requirements and High-Level Scope Scope
Help to develop the project Charter for the Project"

Gather all details requirement (technological, human, etc) for the BCP Project
Develop a Project Scope fo the Project
Create the work break down structure (WBS) with the team
For the project it self, Develop a communication plan with stakeholders
Realise the KickOff Meeting
Elaborate different procedure for the case
Analyse all possible options, technology, strategy, with all relevant stakeholders

Acquire the Team to execute the work
Help to realise the Communication Plan for a disaster case ( if we need to use the Continuity Plan )
Manage the communications between key stakeholders
Realised the work in the WBS/Activity list as planned
Help to maximized the team to perform
Implement Request for change

Ensure we control the quality on all deliverables for the BCP, ensure all deliverables was tested as planned
Realise a simulation of the BCP
Validate scope with internal customer, ensure the result of the tests satisfied what was planned and aggreed upon
Ensure to control request for change and monitor for any risk comming on the implementation of the new technology

Get the final approval for project closing
Realise the post-mortem meeting
Distribute final information
Update project records and all document to be deliver to all key stakeholders and project files
Document final lessons learned for the project

Yes I am talking abount the
Yes I am talking abount the filling the application form for the exam.
I was wondering if this kind of description is fine because I saw many template of Filling application that shows generic thing like "Develop Charter" "Identify key stakeholders" I am pretty sure if I name-drop all the process group that I did in the project I will not be consider.

do we have to create a
do we have to create a description for each 5 Process group one by one ( 300-500 caracters ) or a general description
ex:
Initiation = (300-500 caracters)
Planning = (300-500 caracters)
Executing = (300-500 caracters)
Monitor and Control = (300-500 Caracters )
Closing = (300-500 caracters )
OR
we juste have to create one Project Description ( 300-500 caracters )
